Band Competition Roster

Band competition rosters are due March 31 for the season.

Bands must notify the MWPBA Band Registrar, using this form (or via email only if there are technical difficulties), of the transfer of members from one band to another ten (10) days prior to an MWPBA sanctioned competition in which such band member(s) will compete.

Bands must notify the MWPBA Band Registrar, using this form (or via email only if there are technical difficulties), of any new members not previously registered with any band four (4) days prior to an MWPBA sanctioned competition in which such band member(s) will compete. Only one (1) band change will be allowed per person in one (1) competition season (school band exception).

Registration of Registered Instructors occurs by the instructed band’s designation of the instructor on their band’s competition roster by March 31. (It is no longer necessary for the designated instructor’s to submit a separate RI form.) Any RI recorded after March 31 will not be accepted for the season (with an exception for bands newly registering with the MWPBA).

A player’s membership in a pipe band does not convey Individual Membership to compete in solo competitions.

For future band roster changes, simply reload this form as the same logged in user, and your previous submission will be available for update and re-submission. (If you are maintaining rosters for different bands, or different grades, you must use a separate userid for each.)
This roster form supports 40 players (in addition to the P/M, L/D and RIs). Only those players on the competition roster are to be listed.
